What is your Return Policy?
RETURNED SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION. Returned authorizations will not be issued on products purchased 30 days or more from ship date. Merchandise must be returned in original shipping cartons with proper inner packing. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking charge and will be inspected. All merchandise must be shipped prepaid.
What if I receive a damaged product?
If merchandise is delivered in a damaged condition, or if concealed damage is suspected, please ensure the driver notes this on all copies of freight bills before signing for the goods. The purchaser must examine for concealed damage as soon as possible. Notice of freight claims must be given to the carrier within 15 days of delivery. All damaged merchandise and packaging must be retained until inspected by carrier. Seller's invoice must be paid in full when due irrespective of pending freight claims.

Are Kwik Cases recyclable?
The polycarbonate portion of our Kwik Cases are recyclable but the metal locking mechanism inside the case may need to be removed before sending to the recycle center. Please check with your local recycling center for clarification.

Does my AV collection need to be a certain size to successfully implement the Kwik Case system?
No. Kwik Case works well with any size media collection.
How many Kwik Cases will I need?
It depends on your circulation rate. If your circulation rate is 40%, you'll need Kwik Cases for the 60% of your collection in your library at any given time.
How will my security system work with Kwik Case?
Kwik Case is compatible with your existing security system. Your security strip or target is affixed to the inside of the case; safe from tampering. Any security strips are inside the Kwik Case, which never leaves the library, and desensitization is not necessary. This saves valuable staff time at checkout!
No Security System?
That’s ok- many of our customers use Kwik Case alone to successfully secure their media without the use of security strips or door alarms.
