RETURNED SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION. Return authorizations will not be issued on products purchased 30 days or more from ship date. Merchandise must be returned in original shipping cartons with proper inner packing. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking charge and will be inspected. All merchandise must be shipped prepaid.

• Damaged Product - If merchandise is delivered in a damaged condition, or if concealed damage is suspected, please ensure the driver notes this on all copies of freight bills before signing for the goods. The purchaser must examine for concealed damage as soon as possible. Notice of freight claims must be given to the carrier within 15 days of delivery. All damaged merchandise and packaging must be retained until inspected by the carrier. Seller's invoice must be paid in full when due irrespective of pending freight claims. If product is received damaged from UPS please call us immediately.
